I would love to see M$N take control of Y!...Google has to much 'control' over the search & online advertising industries. In the end, this deal will help all us little guys a whole lot ;)

This is pretty huge news. I have mixed feelings about it. In a way it may be good to get more real competition for Google. But in another way I don't like the idea of there only being 2 giant companies.

Many industries run fine with 1-2 large companies. If they do bad enough, competition will come in and check them. Don't worry!

well, microsoft in all probability has made a hostile bid of 44.6 Billion USD to buy out Yahoo!!
...that`s what is on the news everywhere.
