What do you think of this design

I'm redesigning my old site which was full of content but no layout. What do you think of this one (http://wingdude.net/index3.htm)

Nice & clean. However, the header doesn't look right to me. Are you using the same font for your header with the rest of the page?

Yeh, I wasn't sure about what font to use. Should I use the header font (Verdana) or the text I used (arial)?

Nice and clean, header ext is a still weird though , maybe some think letters?

Maybe try and balance the design by placing something under the nav.

I dont think the header is that bad though. Maybe add some text or something else to fill it in.

I think "ext" is supposed to be "text".

Overall, not bad.

It looks a little boxy overall. I like the layout, but it just seems to me their are too many boxes.......
