Need help converting htaccess that worked on apache 1 to apache 2.2.8 - $50

I need help converting an htaccess file that I used on another server, which is apache 1. The new server it's moving to is apache 2.2.8 and the same htaccess is not working. It's a mod_rewrite, and the module is installed on the new server. I believe the syntax has changed, so I need it to be converted.
