I have my blog set up on a sub-folder of my main domain

i would like to transfer it to its own domain but cant decide if i should do it and use a 301 redirect to direct the current links to the new website.

the issue i have is my blog recieves around 500 uniques a day and not all to the homepage so i would have to set up a 301 for every post on my blog
