Just goes to show you that Google still rocks.
Google is always my first SE I go to, even if I am at MSN.com or reading Yahoo! News, if I want to search for something I use my Google Toolbar.
Google knows best. :p

google's great, but there are some things it just doesn't do too well.

I know I still head over to altavista for images, or alltheweb when I need to find a page that isn't showing on google..

I agree Google is great but there are certain areas where it is not so powerful. Also, they hardly act on spam reports.

It's the total pages indexed stat that holds them (all) back.

Who cares what the number is - we want quality. Deal with the spam!
