Question on how to make specific post come up in search engine

When people search in google for freelunchroom, the post in my blog that comes up on the 4th result is http://freelunchroom.blogspot.com/2008/01/info-on-offers.html.
However, I would like users to see this post first and that is why I have postdated it so that users see it on top.

Is there a way I can make the 2nd post be the one that will comes up on google?

Delete the first post and it will eventually fall out of the index.

Nope. If Google could be manipulated like that, we'd all be doing it!
