Does AdSense arbitrage work for you?

It's an interesting question and opinions seem to be firmly divided.

For those of you who don't know what it is; it involves buying low cost traffic with AdWords and generating profit with AdSense ads on the page to which you are driving the traffic. You just have to make sure that you have a high and stable CTR and that your landing page contains high paying keywords.

I can say for sure that it does work. I make nearly $90 profit per day, with one of my keywords generating 800% ROI!

It is such a stable system for me that I now rely almost entirely on arbitrage as my income.

I can easily say that Arbitrage used to be a lot easier just a short time ago.

While it is very easy to make money, this way, it costs a lot to find the niche that will make you money.

There is also what I like to call the "Brick Wall" of certain words or phrases. You can be cooking right along making a fortune then all of a sudden you hit that "brick wall" and a 2 or 3 keyword drops down to 5 or 6 cents.

Am I saying don't do it? Heck no. Profit is profit. And some people consider the callenge of Arbitrage a puzzle and what geek doesn't like puzzles :-).

I tryed to test with horoscope keywords, daily income is 10% but i don't want to hit "Brick Wall" on some big ammontt. ;)

I think one of the reasons this might work is that the people you get coming to your site via AdWords are the types of people who click on ads. (since they clicked yours!)

That said, I wouldn't use this method because it requires an initial investment and a lot of on-going experimentation - that's time that could be spent doing other things! I also don't consider it sustainable, since it's a zero-sum game.
