Yahoo mail down?

Is there a problem with Yahoo mail or is it just me?

It has been up all day. Never been down. I checked it like almost 50 times today

I just check mine couple of minutes ago - it works fine. However I have several problem with DP - often disconnected when I try to refresh like checking my PM etc.

its down for 7 of my yahoo ID's
i was actually able to loging with one of them but when i tried again with same id it say sorry....
durring all these efforts, some where i got a message "we are having server problems, we are trying to fix it ......."

I have 3 yahoo ids and at all i am getting same meesage that Invalid ID or password so it must be their problem. Hope they fix it soon.

i tried checking my yahoo mail after reading this post and when i try to login it says invalid user id.

Tried webmessenger.yahoo.com same thing :eek:

Logged into yahoo mail sucessfully

then tried webmessenger.yahoo.com and viola it worked for me :cool:

Edit use meebo.com to login into yahoo messenger if anyone has problem loggin in directly

Well Yahoo is giving problem for some ids right now, well that's the right method to check whether it is hacked or not.

i was scared s**t when my ID didn't work on messenger, mail etc... atleast a big company like yahoo can figure out a way to not scare people and do the maintenance at same time

yeh seems they fixed it. all my ids and messenger is working fine now.

Was scared that my yahoo accounts got hacked.
At least they could put a message in their home page about login glitches.

Well.......earlier I was using Yahoomail nad now I prefer Gmail more frequently but after visiting this thread I went to yahoomail but it is fine and there's no problem at all.......I think something wrong with you......I suggest you to wait a little and then try again........
