The below is my popmail settings

Mail Server Username: news+broadbandweb.in
Incoming Mail Server: mail.broadbandweb.in
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) server145.india-to.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.broadbandweb.in (server requires authentication) port
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) server145.india-to.com (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

The how can i fill this below settings in wordpress to enable post by email?

Mail server:----------------- Port:----------------
Login name:------------------
Password: leave it,i know
Default mail category -- this may be at post category
