Well this time can you tell me about the importance of hyperlink i.e search engine crawler giving more importance to hard coded link or just simple linking between of index pages.

For. eg. if i put http://www.urday.com hyperlinking to Text : Home is good or just put indexr.asp to Text : Home

Which one is profitable.

It is better to have the text of your link be the keyword of the target page.
