Umm your not suppose to have multiple accounts for adsense according to the TOS.

you should email Google to ask if they will send you the $50 cheque.
The last time I closed my account, google told me that because my account has less then $10 so they will not be sending me the cheque.

I had requested to close my account as the payee name was not correct. So you should email them and ask. I had a reply in 2 days, their customer support is quite good.

No, you can't do that (unless you're a big enough customer I guess - I imagine if you had millions of page views per month then Google might bend the rules for you). Channels are there to allow you to track stats/revenue over different sites/pages.
