Copying Online Video

Does anyone know how I could copy these videos to my computer so i can use them for reference when i am not on the net.

They are totally free open GPL/GNU so there are no licensecing issues.

here's one: right click save as:

Just open up the page look for the swf line, append to the domain. So on.
