add us bank to paypal problem

I have us paypal account
I try to add my us bank account to it many times
but paypal refuse operation :

Are you in the US? Just wondering because generally, when someone adds "US" before service "X", they're not from it. If not, that may possibly be the reason but it would be a good idea to call/email them.

im not us resident and i buy us bank for verify my paypal. :(

If you bought the US Bank account from somewhere then you may face problems especially if that Bank account does not actually have a 'bank' behind it. I am pretty sure that Paypal knows all the approved banks in the US and from what I understand, they do not go about selling bank accounts just like that. You will need to apply for a real one over the counter or by some other means but by providing all the documentations which they require.
