How Long For PR 1?

My website is about 1 month old. How long do I have to wait to have PR 1? Thanks for the help.

You have to wait for the next update. Also time doesnt equal PR. Read about it before asking a question answered millions of times in the forums. For that you have the SEARCH option on top of this forum or google.

Get some links to your website and wait till the next PR update.

PR is related to the number of links pointing at your website. The more links you build the higher your PR will be :)

Article submissions
submitting your site in thousands of FREE DMOZ like directories


Begain with directory submissions. I am sure you will not get PR1 in next update, but a PR4 or PR5. :)

It just ended ... so the next PR update... after three months... or a little more... just keep on building links and you would definitely get more than just PR1 and you would simply feel great... You have a lot of time.... Whole three months...

Thanks for your help. One thing I underestimated was the directory submissions. I will proceed with that. Only problem though is that a lot of good directories now charge, except for DMOZ.
