Budget $700 dollars. LOOKING For A script like IMVU

No... Not AbleSpace or AbleDating with 3D city. They are playing with our money, No doubt about that.

I have $700 dollars, to pay for Programmers, or to buy PHP scripts. I need something like 3D city AbleSpace, but not Ablespace. not at all... Probably like IMVU. or FACEBOOK

or community software.. please give some suggestions, we are running out of time.

I would keep away from 3d city as well. You will have to pay for the license and will then find your options are limited with bugs galore. 3d city are affiliated with Abledating as well.
If you find all the good 3d programmes, they are not cheap and require users to pay for credits everytime they do something. Anyone offering a one time license for unlimited 3d programmes are kidding themselves.

IMVU is totally custom and could cost close to 25k-150k to produce. good luck getting a $700 knock off.

Well, it is a lot, but your best bet is to get a licensed version of that 3D chat for the AbleDating website. It's more turnkey. See IMVU is more like second life in many ways and would require a lot of coding to produce something. You should try for a India company with at least maybe a budget of $5k for it.
