I usually send in an e-mail to online companies that I want to deal with to test their responsiveness.

Most respond within a day.

I sent Plimus an e-mail Saturday, hadn't received a response, and sent another one. Still no response.

Has anyone else had the same experience?

The reason I wanted to go with Plimus instead of 2Checkout is that Plimus doesn't charge anything for account setup.

I have just got this response when I made $$$.

[Ticket#200801211000xxxx] Account temporarily suspended


Hi xxxxxx,

We have tried to contact you via the telephone number you have entered in your
contact info in your account to avail.

We have temporarily suspended your account, as in the interest of quality
control, we would like to test the product that you are providing before we
un-suspend your account.

A few days ago, I had a response from them within 24 hours regarding an order.

Well i have been using them for some time, most of the tickets are replied quickly. And some are never answered.
However you can phone them and they give a very good response on phone. Give reference to the ticket number and the problem will be solved in minutes if not seconds !!!
