It appears to be an abbreviation of mortgage. I think it could go for low $xxx, maybe more with right buyer.

I can see it being developed to serve real estate professionals in the area of finding lenders to recommend to their clients. Like a network.

I'd like to know what it sells for when you do. I am an ex-realtor.

Build a basic yet professionally looking website for your domain name, stuff it with some mortgage tools, calculators, general information on mortgage and other stuff, and sign up on a realtors forum to promote it. You could then be offered a few hundreds for your website.

Not sure how you pronounce names, but "mortg net" doesn't sound anywhere near mortgage to me. Honestly, I can't see any value in this name.
