I made a few small changes to my site, such as increasing font size and messing with my adverts to really intergrate them into my site sooo much that i clicked the wrong thing myself once haha oops. Some of the font hasnt been changed nor the menus etc will be done soon. The homepage and article pages are complete... please rate Advert intergration out of 10 and just general rating out of 10 and post any improvements.... im working on a contest section and a winner every month will get his face on my homepage and also a muscly guys gallery maybe even nice women (not the steroid junkies) what u wreckon? thanks!

Thanks guys! now i guess ill just sit back and add articles and link build i mean its pr 3 but could do with some more.... im trying adwords to see if i can achieve a good ROI any ideas for increasing traffic?

Some of the pages on the navigation bar is not yet working. I got a 404 page.
The header doesn't look really good. Might think of redesigning it or just apply designs you can take template generators.
What's the purpose of the site? Will that be an ecommerce site or simply as a blog site? If that's an ecommercite site, work on the developments. If it's a blog, i suggest you acquire a WP template or layout to make it more sleek and professional.

Might change the font to Verdana or Tahoma.


My only concern was the main page or the landing page of your site. It doesn't really look good. How would your site be credible enough to your visitors if it doesn't look professional.

Make sense? Just my 2 cents.

Of course, update your site weekly as much as possible with new contents (articles).
Submit your site to different directory sites.
Create anchor text within your articles to become searchable.
Register to hundreds of social bookmarking / networking sites to gain traffic.

yeah working on the traffic ideas but heres some feedback to ur feedback:

- The 404 is just for bodybuilding.com because there was an extra w in the 'www' - FIXED

- I think the header looks good, simple and effective. My opinion i guess

- The purpose is articles and now working on selling my own ebook and eventually a forum when the traffic is boosted!

Great site for adsense! Just submit original articles to article directories and you'll get plenty of traffic. I have started a similar site and the traffic I get with my articles has trippled my visitors in less than a week.

Add a opt in section to capture peoples names and email addresses so you can contact them as leads. Offer a coupon or some useful information for free if they give you their name and email

I think the home page looks good, the placing of ads is good and like the colors. Only thing I'd change is the font on the menu bar... seems like the links are sitting on top of each other almost. I'd just add a tiny more space in between. Great job and good luck!

by no means is it a new site lol just played around with it! its 6-8 months old lol traffic SUCKS, CTR is incredible.... i have given up on getting traffic and now have made a landing page and am going to use paid traffic to generate leads on my very own Ebook! I swear it was pr3 :-S can u lose it?
