Uh... are you asking for a site review?
And if so for which site?

The sites all use good, but fairly bog standard templates. You may want to try and work some more origional ideas into them. The domains are fairly weak, I would look at getting some good proxy related .com domain names.
As for the hosting, I beleive you are violating the terms of use of InsaneGB by hosting a proxy

8. All proxy's are prohibited.
So it is vital you look for a new host before continuing or being banned from the host.
I would recomend you look to get a VPS if you are going to take your proxies to the next level.

All your sites look good but similar. Also you should put up more pictures, a flash video would work too. You can change it daily.

well, i think it is great
you can just put some few pictures
anyway the pictures and logos are working with me, but if the problem exsists
that problem it may be some problem in incoding the script or from the host in other hand
you can try upload a simple picture in a page using your host, if it worked then it isnt from your host it would be from the script coding
anyway goodluck

Well the main page is working, but in the proxy part it isnt, maybe it is the host.

No, proxies don't work for all hosts. Some of them have a TOS against it. You have to read through to make sure you aren't breaking it.
