What are the reasons for which Paypal can limit my acc.

Hi,
My old acc. is dead. Now, I have a non-verified paypal acc. Don't have CC so one way cannot verify this acc. either. What are the instances that paypal can limit ones acc. I own a static ip and have been accessing the account since 2 months from my computer. Now its time for withdrawing the big fund.
What are the precaution, I should take into and acc. and what do you think should I do ??

Getting verified yourself if you wish to withdraw big funds from your paypal account as unverified paypal account has limited withdrawal and sending limit.

Sometimes paypal limit your account for no reason,so it's hard to say.
As long as you didn't do anything against the To's,you don't need to worry about it.

No. A VCC is not a good idea to use. Accounts are not limited for "no reason". Limitations are set in place to prevent fraudulent transactions. Having one account limited and a new non-verified account isn't a good idea. Chances are, this account may become limited at some point.
