If you want to use your paypal account seriously and for a long time then you have to apply for a credit card and after getting it add to your paypal and getting yourself verified there.

As i already said if you want to use it for a long time safely then this is the only solution. Other solution is also available but i never recommend it :p

Another option is to attach a US bank account to your paypal. Depending on which country you come from, this option is generally available. There are 3 different US banks at the moment but the easiest to get is Etrade.

Go to your bank and get a credit card. Sometimes a Mastercard or VISA Debit Card may work too especially those which are internationally supported.

A Credit Card is important not just for verification but it would be used to make payment through paypal. Without a credit card, how would you be able to buy anything ?

If you verify your PP acc with VCC, somedays if your paypal acc get limited and paypal ask you to provide CC statement, you never cant provide it. For suggest, if you verify your PP acc with VCC, after your paypal acc getting verified, wait it until 1 week for sending or reciveing payment and remove your VCC. It will decrease paypal ask to you for CC statement. But, it is still *ILLEGAL*

I Also dont have a creditcard and I got it verifyd with my bank. They send a littel bit of money to your bank. And you must fill in how much money they sended to you.

go to paypal.com and read all instructions ;), but roughly what happens is u sign up for it, with all you details, then they call to your cell phone, and you have to provide the info , like 4 num. pin or something like that ! At least thats what i did 3 years ago :D

You can get it verified with a US Bank account also.
