Using 120x600 skyscraper ads on the side instead of 336x280 rectangle ads integrated with my content. Skyscraper ads suck, rectangle ads rock.

I agree about those skyscraper ads. I'm not seeing anything out of them.

Biggest mistake was putting adsense on my other small low PR sites ... smart pricing is a big issue.

Mine too - although that's part of the testing. Perhaps the biggest mistake I did in the beginning was not properly naming the channels, which I figured out later (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=658384).

when I clicked on my own ads. At the very beginning I clicked on my own ads and generated a CTR of about 350%.
Fortunately, they reopened my account.

Not using 300x250 and 336x228 blocks from the start.
skyscrapper ads sucks. I only run CPM ads in those.

Long time ago, I modified the Ad size messing with the code, so the "Ads by Google" wouldn't show up.
Luckily I didn't get caught ^_^
