The site looks fine generally. I must say I prefer the ad placement on the interior pages to the home page, which has 3 lots of ads converging in the top right corner. Personally I'd swap the home page link unit for the 728 pixel wide version and move the skyscraper down so its level with the start of the main text.

On the home page, you've got a half banner and skyscraper arranged so that the 'ads by gooooogle' text of both is very close together in the top right hand corner. I'd be inclined to separate them a bit by moving the skyscraper down. Having done that, you'd have space to use a 728 wide link unit rather than a 468 unit under the navigation. The effect is less intrusive on the interior pages, perhaps because you're not using the 'door' graphic which draws attention to that area of the page.

i like the color scheme!

too many repeated "Welcome to" phrases, tho... i'd move the ad column to the left side, because people typically look on that side for nav links, so it'll get better visibility over there.

I jave to agree danimal' about too many "welcome to". Maybe try changing it up with "Here you can"...or "Do you ever find yourself..." etc. The site design is great though, blends well, easy on the eyes.
