Hi,

I have a 10 year old programming / tec site that does not bring much visitors (200 pageviews every days) but does 4,000-4,500 every month (returning) an ad/link sales.

Cost are minimal (100 usd a month) since it has an editor that drafts articles every day, just need to publish her stories once a week and its done (time investmet 30 minutes per week).

Where is the best spot to sell this domain? I mean where do I find serious buyers with cash that are interested in expanding the business (with good time (2 hours a day) spending to sell link on this forum you can make an addition 1,500-2,000 usd a month).

I want 13-15 times current month income for the domain...

Any ideas where to find them and if 13-15 times income can be done?

Dean

You're selling a developed website, you should try sitepoint and ebay imo.

I informed SEDO but they have not contacted me... above 10k you have to be invited... it seems. Under 10k you can do it online with them.

Sitepoint... I will take a look. Thanx for the tips/

Definitely try selling it here or on Sedo. Ebay is a waste in my opinion.

yep, I sell here and at sitepoint for $xx to $xxx, and at SEDO for $x,xxx+ domains. They have a better audience for the more premium names.

I would try SitePoint forums for developed site sales. If it is the domain only try GreatDomains or DNF.
