Hello everyone,
I'm a Web designer/developer from the UK. I'm launching my full portfolio soon, but i'm stuck waiting for Clients to approve/give display permission.
It's at least going to be a wait over the weekend, probably around this time next week. In the mean time i'd like to offer some budget priced WP Themes.
Here's an example of my work,

That took me around one and a half days, from Photoshop to a valid xHTMl/CSS WP Theme.
If look around, even register, you'll notice the entire WP is Themed, even the Admin and User CP's.
I have more work to show, PM me for more. I can't accept any work for less than $80 or £40. I have to set a limit somewhere. I can usually turn a PSD into a valid Theme in around 10-24 hours, depends on the complexity.
