looks like a much better deal than yahoo. bCentral has always seemed pretty hoaky to me though.

I get almost none, but generally speaking, directories don't provide tons of clickthrough's.

Anyone have trouble with getting their site spidered?

I have two different sites. One with SMF forums and another with PHPBB. I can't get the BCentral spider to accept either site.

i have been in the msn directory for a while now, had a few visiters from it, and would say it has helped my site in onne way or another.

its worth it, at this is from a person who doesn't like to pay for directories.
you get multiple deep links in different categories, so for me it was worth it.

I also believe that it provides a strong link, as my entry in the MSN directory is actually in the top 50 google results for my main keyword!

yeah mine is too, so even tho im in the sandbox thing i still get sum traffic via the msn listing.

msn gives you a business card page where you put all your links there. that page itself is worth $49. dont forget extra links in other sub-categories though they are cluttered.

Overall, I think you should only buy it when your potential categories have a high PR. I got in because 3 of my categories were PR5's.

Dont pay that for a few Pr3's, its not worth it.

Depends on the category, the PR of it like said above and how many links it already has. For my soccer site , its not worth it.

Yes if you have the budget for it. But, it's not the end of the world if you dont.
