Hi everyone I have a flash logo contest !

Logo contest for www.jobbs.co.nz

Winner receives $50 by paypal on 21st Jan.

Please first visit caught u looking .co.uk you'll see that they have a pair of eyes that move. I am looking for the designer to use this concept for my logo.
I do not want a replica. I am looking for the logo to be relevent for the job market.

colour scheme - blues and whites
sector - job board
prefer - web 2.0

thank you for your entries.

if you check out the url caught u looking.co.uk you'll see those eyes in thier logo... i wasn't sure if this was flash :)

The logo doesn't have to be flash but i need the movement on the eyes. if there is something else that has the same effect that also fine.

I was thinking the "eyes" would be the on the letters b b but its upto you what you'll think works best. maybe they could wink, flash, rolling the eye, spin, etc what do you think. lol.

DRop - WOW. knocked back by the idea here. very orginional. Good clean graphics. But I was looking for the text logo to have "eyes" in the letters of "jobbs" becuase i wont have the space to use the whole header that you have designed. would you redesign?

Elias - Good interpretation of the spec. I was not able to see the movement as the link didnt work for me. you're welcome to pm it if you can. The font though really doesnt work for me,

if you check out the caughtulooking co uk domain to see the eye movement examples to get ideas on speed of motion.

thanks for that. I have now checked the url.

here's your feedback, you're on the right track. But the movement makes the eyes look tired or sad i reckon. I'm not sure why it could be the font, ( but i didnt like the font too much, the "J" looks like an "i". the example url has more action going on. But aain i do feel you have a good interpretation of the logo requirement but it is lacking at the moment.

ISTVAN - Thank you for your design, if you are able to make the eyes move from left to right and then stop and then move again and blink that would be awesome! You have interepted the spec really well.

Colours perfect.
font excellent.
eye design is excellent.

the only change i reckon to make this a 100%er is to change the movement on the eyes. would it be possible to have the logo appear with the eyes (i dont know what frame) both looking central at the bottom to start off in a stationary positon. after a delay of 5 seconds for them to move. after the movements a 15 second delay to next movements. any chance you can do a "wink" ?

changes made as requested: At first it waits for 5 sec and 15 at the end of sequence. I also add some winks, so it looks more alive. I hope you will like it.

thanks for feedback.
It is swf (Flash) file, so size of image can be changed just by changin the script in html. It is one file, which can have any size. PM me your email so I can send you the file.

So here you see the file online. As you change the size of window, the size of image changes too. In html you place this image as <object> which has atributes width and height.
