Been with adsense for sometime & really got annoyed by the number of made for adsense sites, scrapers as they are called. Do such sites exist in YPN also or has Yahoo been able to keep their image clean so far?

of course they exist, if you have a good domain name with type-in traffic then you don't need to put much effort into monetizing it.

There are definitely scraper sites in YPN. But they probably aren't as noticeable simply because there are so many AdSense publishers in comparison to YPN, so AdSense scraper sites are more visible at the moment.
