Optimum proxy template to maximize CTR

I have a question for those of you experienced with managing proxy websites. Could you offer me advice on the best template / layout tips you have found to maximize CTR?

The layout of my network of sites is facebookatschool.info - it's doing quite well, but wondered how well optimized the layout is in terms of adsense positioning.

As far as optimizing goes, there's not really much you can optimize on a proxy site. You don't want the visited URLs to get indexed b/c then they show up on google listings.

What CTR you have atm? How much clicks you get per 100 impressions?

My current CTR is around 1.2% on the homepage, and 0.03% on the browsing pages (I understand why that is obviously lower, and I've recently moved to CPM ads to maximize revenue on those pages).
