I have searched high (and low) and found this script which NEARLY does what i want it to do.

I mailed the creator and the mail bounced so im asking here if anyone knows how to add these features to it..

Instead of having one thumbnail could it have 5 with the middle thumbnail being the full image that is viewable at the moment and the other two on each side plus one and two and minus one and two of the list of images available.
How difficult would it be to also have the title of the image displayed above the middle thumbnail in its own box?
Any help would of course be appreciated.
