Want to ask for good and free (ofcourse) HTML page editor for beginners.. also if you can recommend a website builder (free and user friendly)

I use crimson editor to make all my websites. If your new to HTML, also try checking out tizag.com for some helpful, easy-to-follow tutorials. Good luck my friend :)

Notepad ++ is pretty clean and simple :) And it includes syntax highlighting.

I use notepad for my websites, but if your looking for a free easy to use sitebuiler try www.bravehost.com they have easy to use free templates, free hosting, free add ons like guestbooks and you can use ftp there too.

I have used them all and my favorite by far is HTML-Kit (http://jp29.org/htmlkit.htm)
