Looking for script

Hi I want to build a web site about most popular posts from music blogs.

On home page will be section with:
- Most Populat Entries (each member can rate each post)
- Last entries
- Categories of posts (inside this category most popular posts and last posts)

It's kind of Blog Posts Directory

Is there any script i can do something like this?
