I have some traffic from
google.com/reader/view/

How do I know where the exactly traffic came from?

people subscribe your blog feed,
they click your links via google reader,
so the exactly traffic came from GR.

I think my site link has been listed on someone's blogger.
So how do I find out that blogger?
