I installed a plugin for wordpress to use the feedburner's feed services...
But how do I use the statistics from feedburner? is there another plugin that i should install?

You need to login to your feedburner account to view statistics.
If you need more help, I can give you a hand on the newly launched www.bloggertoblogger.com forum./

How do you know it's not correct? Just wondering - is there a chance that other subscribers are somehow not subscribed through FeedBurner/

FeedBurner doesn't measure traffic - it measures subscribers to your blog feed.
If's possible for you to have 5000UV/month but no RSS subscribers.

feedburner has a statistics section too that shows which pages are most viewed, login to feedburner, you see it on the left side
