What can i do with this domain name?

I am just wondering how you think i can develop both of these domain names the first one is
roforum.info it is a page rank 2 website with only 97 links checked on checkpagerank.net.

The second domain is pc-gamez.info which is a page rank 3 website with 39,000 links also checked on checkpagerank.net

I was also wondering how much you think the domains would be worth?
