Hi Shawn:

I was going to start a new post, but see this one already asked the question.

By spotchecking a sample of my keywords, for the most part it seems to be working properly.

However, for one of my phrases ("canvas transfers"), it consistently shows as being in the 20's (my domain=www.respree.com), but when I check in on G, it shows up as 7.

Today's refresh (Mar 9) shows it currently at 23 (I refreshed a couple of minutes before this post).

If you have some free time, could you test it for me?

Thanks and great tool by the way.

It has to do with how the keyword tracker starts looking at the last known position (to conserve your API queries and resources).

You are listed at #7, but also #23... To get around this, there is an option to make the "Check All" start from the beginning (instead of last known position). You can kick it off from the item #23 in the FAQ (http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/faq.html)...

P.S. - I split the thread in case you didn't notice. :)

Thanks for the response, Shawn.

I'm embarrassed to have asked the question, not reading the FAQ.

Lesson learned: When in doubt, read the instructions.
