Review for ads placement

I am running the following website for quite a while. its online diary website and 200 unique hits per day. The only issue i am having with it is its click through rate. Its not that good at all. I have struggled with positioning my ads. Please give it a look and suggest me about its placement.

CSS problem? I dont think so. Every thing to me looks in their perfect places. With no html or website error.
What kind of CSS problem do you seems to get?

Oh ic, i will fix it. thanks for letting me.
Its working fine on IE though.
Anyway, what do you think about Ads placment. I dont get good click this way. any suggestion you have for me?
