Review my site - URGENT

Hi. Somebody has asked me if they could buy my website, www.runescapevideo.com.
I currently make around $1-$2 per day.
I have;
Been online for 3 weeks.(I figure i've got alot of potential in this website)
A 1 week alexa rank of 200k avg.
Over 1000 backlinks in search engines.
Over 110 pages indexed by search engines.
Over 300 pages with quality content.
Rank fifth in google for keyword 'runescape video'.
Website is all coded in XHTML + CSS, no script apart from rating system.
Over 3k pageviews per day.
Over 600 uniques per day(5% from SE, rest from forums)

So what do you think my website is worth? and any advice about ad placement would be appreciated.

Put an adsense banner that blends right above "welcome to your source for RuneScape Videos". I don't thinkg the 728X90 will fit, but so it does do it.

It's worth around $400. That's becuase of the adsense earnings, but if you hold the site and take my advice above you'll double up your earning and make even more.

Why sell the site anyway? If it's moving forward then keep it!

Well, im still in school and its the first time someone has been interested in one of my websites. I'm pretty sure I won't sell it, but I still want to know what you all think its worth. I spend about 2 hours on it per day.

my ctr is way below 0.5%, can anyone suggest a few good CPM ad networks?

Try change the background color for adsense same as your body color.. People will more intent to click your ads..:)

your background color and adsense adds color doesnt match
make them same

if you are lokking for cpm based adds , i can suggest you pay-ads

I agree with a post above, I would put a banner ad underneth the welcome.Play with your color schemes to see if a better color combination improves your CTR.
