I need a Flash cartoon video created, fairly simple.

I need a simple 2-4 minute flash cartoon video created. The cartoon will just be explaining how my site works and possibly pointing a few things out in the cartoon. It should be pretty straight forward once i've provided details (and is fairly easy if you are good at designing in flash).
