View Full Version : I urgently need your brutally honest opinion regarding Adsense earnings!

Hi Friends,

Up until January I made really good money with Adsense. Sometimes around January 24th or so, my average pay per click dropped from 70 cents to 25 cents. I should also ad that nothing changed with my website.

Drop in average PPC means that my average earnings are down by more than 50%.

Please be brutally honest when answering this question:

Are your earnings also dropping (aka: has your average PPC changed drastically lately?)

Yes, it seems a lot of people are dropping in ECPM...and Smart Pricing might have something to do with it.

What about international clicks? I got lots of international users in January, as I advertised on various russian and eastern european sites. Could it be that Google penalized me for bringing international users?

Yes. Average click price dropped by about 30% for me. What is Smart Pricing?
