Sincity - Please appraise this

Few months back NV.com came up with idea of giving sub domain registration under nv.com. this compnay is based in Nevada (USA)


I booked sincity.nv.com

Since then I have received three offers for this domain. So far i am holding this domain, I am not sure how to devlope this domain.

Please do appraisal for this domain, any ideas how should I devlope this domain into good site.

I really wish I owned domains like US.com, UK.com, DE.com & the other millions out there that are selling subdomains off their 2 letter .com as there's good money to be made out of that.

As for the value of a subdomain, I can't see any value whatsoever. If you had 3 offers, I would seriously consider them unless you're just gonna develop & don't care about them.
