Vuwl.com Appraisal Please (Established Website)

Hello everyone its nice talking to you. Could anyone be kind enough to give me an appraisal for my domain Vuwl.com please as im looking into selling the domain along with the website.

4 characters and no numbers

its a .com

approx 3500 - 4000 unique visitors a month with proof from statcounter
current pagerank of 1 but will most likely go up on the next update to a predicted 4 or 5 apparently but obviously dont hold me to that.

its prenouncable and brandable

its currently a web directory with a webmasters forum and website tools.

If i sell i would like to sell with the website, members etc (currently 1681 members)

its only been online for just over 4 months.

oh i forgot to mention that it also comes with Vuwl.net, vuwl.org and vuwl.info

tough to appraise.. I say minimum high $x,xxx, as kv3 inquired easier to appraise if we knew revenue. Good luck with your sale.

Without knowing revenue, nobody can give you an accurate appraisal.

ok revenue so far is around $90 just from featured links and about $10 from adsense. The domain has been up and running for around 4 months. I only charge $4.95 per featured link so it does have alot of potential.

5000$ would be a good price for it, a minimum price i think.

yeah probably around $100 a month because it only started earning the revenue within the last say 6 weeks but if the site had some more work, better pagerank then could charge more for featured links etc and better adsense ad placements and it could be a nice money earner. Its just i dont have the time any more and i dont really want to neglect the site

I would say around 2k according to monthly revenue,traffic and domain.

2k, hmm i prob wouldnt sell at that but im glad its an LLLL.com so there going to go up in value

Anybody else have any ideas? Im thinking that the domain itself may be worth a fair bit eventually because its a 4 letter .com and apparently there are none left now. Its also brandable etc. I also own nulx.com

Is not worth that much mate,according the revenue is worth around 1.5k,i said 2k with traffic and domain wich is not a premium LLLL.com so can't worth more than high $xx to low $xxx.

well still better than i originally expected :) I may keep it for a little longer and then maybe auction it. Anyone know a good auction site for domains ??

oh i also own Nulx.com but im just going to sell that as domain only i think as theres not much traffic, theres some but not alot.
