I can't think of a scenario where you can damage anyone other than yourself with the quality control they have in place. Scenarios are obvious when your are on the Adsense side of the game but with the restrictions that Google has by country, by category, by quality of content, etc someone clicking on your ad has a pretty high confidence that they are going to find something useful or you're going to pay a lot for that click so Adwords fraud would be difficult or at least very costly.

I tried for months to promote a gambling bet game and they just keeping disapproving my ads - no warning e-mail, no banning also.

About the double serving - How they will ban you about the double serving? I think do you want to make reference to the Multiple Accounts? (https://adwords.google.co.uk/support/bin/answer.py?answer=8759)

If you annoy them enough, you will eventually lose your account

I think that they a so flexible that they would keep your account up for months there. Probably they would send a mail once a semester remembering that you are still welcome there.

I have a friend that was banned from adwords FOR LIFE, they told him. I guess he kept using the wrong url's. Somehow I think it was more than that though. I have made mistakes in that and they usually just email me and pause my campain until I fix it.

When did they disable your account? A week a go ? more?

And you can not open another account with the same credit card. They only allow one account per person.

Is it a new account that's under review? If that's the case that's different than having an account banned. There can be delays associated with new AdWords accounts (http://www.ppcdiscussions.com/2006/01/delays-with-new-adwords-accounts.html).

I dont think google bans accounts often as every adwords is making them money. You must be doing something really wrong to get bans?? (Its not often seeing adwords ban is it..) :O

I have multiple adwords accounts with the same name/address and using the same credit card.
