I recently purchased a new layout on my website, PTCTalk.com, and I am curious as to what you all think.

Please let me know how my ad placement is. Also, I cant put any ads on the index, because some sites that link to it are Pay To Click sites, so the visitors from those sites are "paid to visit the site" and I don't want to risk anything like that because I am sure it is against TOS.

Only I would make bigger distance between headers and normal text as now they are too narrow.

You sure you're using that resolution?

The site looks fine on my 13.3" macbook at 1024x768 and at 1280x800

The design is great. However, a couple things that irk me a little (and I see the effect you were going for) is the text going downward as you hover over the navigation buttons. In my opinion it seems unnecessary to have that effect. The font used on the navigation seems a little plain to me as well (sorry for being picky) but, also, it looks like you were going for simplicity. Overall, the design of the layout is pretty good.
