Looks OK.. Its basic and no frills... for my taste. Personally I would take out the background and leave it white. The background you are using takes away from the site.

The companies you are "reviewing" are all paying good money to affiliates and the links for the companies in your web site are affiliate links. Isn't there an obvious conflict of interest? Ten Best as in 10 best affiliate links for your pocket or 10 best hosting companies for the public. Sorry to be so blunt.
