$100 design comp. looking for clean web 2.0 look.

I'm in search for a new design for my image hosting site ( Large Image Host ). Below are two designs which i like, which shows you the types of styles i'm after. I like basic, nice & clean templates.

notes.
1. design should show, image index page with two navigation bars. one for site navigation home, upload ect and the other for navigation with in there usercp.

2. clean & simple, design needs to be decently light on graphics but still look good.

3. needs lots of room in the body (width)

4. unique is a big plus, if i see something i really like ill raise the comp cap.

i have had a few pm's, which is great.
i wanted to make a few other things clear, the layout will not need to be coded i just need a psd.

i like solid colors, if you use gradient's use them lightly.
