Problem uploading wordpress

Im having problem uploading wordpress theme on my server. The files have been uploaded perfectly but for some reason it won't install the wordpress. I just cant figure out the problem.
Please help.

Not to sound silly but, have you verified the database setup/connection?

Yes, i tried uploading it but at first it wouldnt upload the files correctly so i have to upload a few of them manually...right now...i have the whole setup uploaded on my server but it wudnt install
