Hi, If I want to make an advertisement campaign for an electronic device as an affiliate, is it legal to use the brand name and the model number in the ads! :confused:

If a brand is trademark protected, then you won't be able to use that name. Just try it, Google will tell you, whether you can do that or not.

It is legal as long as the brand is not registered as trademark with Google for that country...
