ok,

so far i have all countries (except germany) in my campaigns.

All my products go thru clickbank or paypal, and all sites are in english. Various niches, health niches, affiliate marketing etc.

Problem: Still many clicks but not enough sales.

What countries should i exclude, what countries should i target?

Before you say "only usa and ca and uk" or something, consider:

I do indeed get a lot of sales from .AU, .TH, .KR, .SG, .HK ...

But i still want to reduce "click wasters"....so..any advice?

Targeting is not really important for making sales.

USA,Canada,UK,Australia that's enough. You don't have to target the whole planet to become a millionaire.

If you are not getting enough sales, that might be because of the product or maybe landing page, etc, etc.

The important thing aboout adwords is how profitable are the keywords. Maybe some keyword its very profitable in england but in australia is not. the problem ishow to know which keyword is profitable and which isnt. I check word tracker to have some good information about this topic.

Look into your Google Analytics and find out which regions, cities get maximum clicks, sales... you can target campaigns specifically for those cities, regions, targets ....

i excluded all those "3rd world" countries and now i am focusing only on US, CA, UK/IRE, NZ, AUS and i had a pretty good day yesterday. Still thinking about adding .SG again. CPC is higher now (i had another thread somewhere mentioning how my ad rankings were falling as a result from now only targeting premium countries..so i increased min CPC a bit now, waiting for this to stabilize)

Targeting the premium countries gives you a much lower "average ad position" and therefore higher min CPC.
