Overture is not working and I think google better provides service similar to Overture. Currently google keyword checker is just in a form of bar which does not show the real count like overture. I will miss overture if it complete gone.

Overture has not updated there keyword tool in a year now and I have yet to find any solid information that states they are releasing a new updated version of it. It was a nice tool to use back in the day, now it will just sit and collect dust until they take it down.

they need to find a way to monetize it because it was great but they didn't get any accounts just adwords so they need to find a way to make it work. I miss it.

Yes, it was a nice tool. May be too many people were abusing the tool which increase their server usage dramatically.

Just because data is over a year old does not mean to say there is no gold hidden in there.....;)

It is still okay. But usually down when I tried it.

Most of the time the overture is down. Hope google takes rapid measures to come to our rescue to provide an alternative tool equally effective as overture. Are google people listening? :D

Yes, mostly it is down and it is even not worth trying any more.

overture is dead, the google tool is the best option for now. even thought you dont get a true figure, a percentage bar is enought to make decisions that can help your sites development.

Percentage bar is not enough if you are deciding to buy a domain name. Wordtracker is another option.
